The Prime Minister Theresa May has ironically not been invited to the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle because of cuts.

A spokesperson for the happy couple within Kensington Palace said that they have chosen a smaller venue than the one used for the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Therefore, they need to apply a programme of wedding austerity to ensure that they only have people at the event with a direct connection to the bride or groom.

He added, ‘While it would have been great to have the Prime Minister Theresa May at the wedding, His Royal Highness and his future bride have been forced to make some difficult but necessary decisions for the good of the wedding.’

A source revealed that Jeremy Corbyn will be attending the big day as his jam has been chosen for the wedding breakfast.
