Although the showbiz world is still reeling from the sad death of Star Wars actress Carrie Fisher (and sadly her mother Debbie Reynolds as well), the renown artists John Bulley and Mark Sharp have been busy creating a touching street art tribute on Southend seafront.

This is the latest project that he has undertaken as part of their involvement with the group Street Art On Sea, and the painting forms part of long line of creations that cover the outer wall of a disused brownfield site close to the Sea Life Adventure.

It is well worth a look as these images hardly do it justice, so we have added details below about how you can find the outdoor exhibits. It’s well worth jumping on a Number 9 bus and having a look! Head for the corner of Forge Way.

Street Art On Sea describes themselves as ‘A loose collective of local artists who would like to see our town brightened up with art made for the community by the community,’ and they often work with schoolchildren and other age groups to brighten up disused spaces with attractive and conversation-starting pieces.
